Return & Refund Policy

Every item we sell is made to order. Nothing is pulled off a warehouse shelf — your item is printed for you after you place your order. That keeps our designs sharp and our inventory honest, and it shapes how returns work here. Please read this policy before you order.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, we will make it right at no cost to you — regardless of whether you purchased Checkout+.

  • Window: Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • What we need: Your order number and clear photos of the item and the shipping package, including a photo showing the defect.
  • What you get: A free replacement or a full refund of the item price, at your choice. We do not require you to ship the defective item back unless we specifically ask.

Send your request to support@dallasgopconvention.com. Most claims are reviewed within 2 business days.

Returns of Non-Defective Items

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Item requirements:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, pet hair, and alterations.
  • All original tags attached.
  • Items marked "Final Sale," clearance items, and any custom or personalized products are not eligible for return.

Return fees:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective returns, whether or not you purchased Checkout+.
  • A $7 return handling fee is deducted from your refund on non-defective returns.
  • The $7 return handling fee is waived if Checkout+ was purchased on the original order.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Checkout+ charges are non-refundable and are never included in a return refund.

How to start a return:

  • Email support@dallasgopconvention.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  • We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions and the return address.
  • Ship the item back using a trackable method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Do not ship anything back before you receive return instructions from us. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Exchanges

Because every item is made to order, we do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, request a return under the terms above and place a new order for the item you want. This is the fastest way to get the correct item into your hands.

Wrong Size Ordered

Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. A size that does not fit is not a defect, and a wrong-size order falls under the non-defective return terms above, including return shipping and the $7 handling fee (waived with Checkout+).

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

For approved defect and damage claims, refunds or replacements are issued without waiting for a return shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged in Transit

If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, or if it was damaged or lost in transit:

  • If you purchased Checkout+: File a claim with us and we will resolve it under the Checkout+ terms — see our Terms of Service. Checkout+ is a paid service, not insurance; see the Terms for the full claim window and process.
  • If you did not purchase Checkout+: Contact us and we will help you open a claim with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.

We recommend keeping Checkout+ selected at checkout for exactly this reason.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after checkout. Production begins immediately. Please confirm your size, color, quantity, and shipping address before you complete your order. See our Shipping Policy for details on address accuracy.
