How Our Fulfillment Works
Every item is made to order. We do not hold finished inventory. When you place an order, your item is printed and finished by one of our United States print partners, then handed to the carrier. This means two separate timelines apply to every order:
Production time + Shipping time = Total delivery time
Production Time
Production and handling typically takes 2–5 business days and may take up to 10 business days during high-volume periods, including convention weeks, holidays, and major product launches.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT are entered into production the following business day.
Free Shipping Over $100
Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100 or more shipping to a U.S. address receive free standard shipping. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed. If a qualifying order ships in multiple packages, free shipping covers all of them. Free shipping applies to shipping charges only; it does not change production timelines, taxes, or the optional Checkout+ service.
Shipping Methods and Rates (United States)
Delivery estimates below begin after production is complete, not at the time you place your order.
Standard Shipping — 2–5 business days
- T-shirts, boxy tees, lounge shorts: $4.75 first item, $2.40 each additional item
- Hoodies and crewnecks: $8.49 first item, $2.09 each additional item
Economy Shipping — 4–8 business days
- T-shirts and boxy tees: $3.99 first item, $2.09 each additional item
- Lounge shorts: $4.29 first item, $2.09 each additional item
- Hoodies and crewnecks: $7.39–$7.69 first item, $2.09 each additional item
Headwear, drinkware, and other accessories and home goods ship at rates set by the print partner for that product. Rates are subject to change. Shipping charges may be presented differently at checkout — including as flat rates, tiered rates, or promotional free-shipping thresholds. The rate shown at checkout is the rate that applies to your order.
Multi-Item and Split Orders
Orders containing multiple products may be produced at different facilities and may arrive in separate packages on different days. You are not charged extra when this happens. Each shipment receives its own tracking number.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves production. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after it is issued.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address you enter at checkout.
Orders cannot be canceled or modified after checkout, including address changes. Please double-check your street number, apartment or unit number, city, state, and ZIP code before completing your purchase.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. If a package is delivered to an incorrect address you provided, we are not able to replace or refund it.
Delivery Delays
Carrier delays, severe weather, and peak-season volume are outside our control. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not able to refund shipping charges for carrier delays.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Checkout+ is a paid service that, at our discretion, replaces or refunds orders lost, stolen, or damaged in transit — it is not insurance. If you purchased Checkout+, contact us and we will resolve your claim under the Checkout+ terms. If you did not, we will help you open a carrier claim, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for a package the carrier confirms as delivered.

APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, Alaska, and Hawaii
We ship to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes, Alaska, and Hawaii where our print partners and carriers support it. These destinations may experience extended delivery timeframes beyond the estimates above.
United States Shipping Only
At this time we ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping. If international shipping becomes available in the future, any duties, taxes, or customs fees will be the responsibility of the recipient.
